Ice cream sandwich, made with light ice cream, vanilla

  1. Stir sugar, cream, and milk into a saucepan till the sugar gets completely dissolved. Now take off the saucepan from heat and transfer the mixture of cream to a stainless steel container.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir the mixture thoroughly using an electric blender or a hand mixer and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. After 3 hours, if the mixture of cream is not thickened enough, refrigerate it for some more time!
  3. Now stir the mixture of ice cream thoroughly again or use an ice cream maker and repeat the process of refrigeration.
  4. After few hours of refrigeration, add a handful of chocolate chips or cookies on the delicious and refreshing vanilla ice cream and serve your loved one’s with the homemade vanilla ice cream!
